My final four images for daylight I had to reshoot two of my images as they did not meet the brief but i now like all the images. The first image I used some tin foil to bounce the light back onto her face. The second image I used the true to block some of the light and I used some tin foil to put a bit more light on her face as it was a bit dark. The third image I used window light and on the fourth Image I used the wall as a flag and I let the light bounce off the wall and onto her face

I am happy with the way that  everything turned out. I think that the background and the studio portrait will fit together. I was aiming to get the old zombie look which I think i managed to achieve. Mairi Ann was a very good model and I think that she brought the zombie to life.

I’m thinking that this looks better for my background. I want it to have a feel of the old horror movies so I think I might use this.

These are three possibilities for my background. I don’t know if it would better in black and white or at night. I think I will convert these images into black and white and see what I think. I think I will also go out at night and see if its better. However I do like these images.

I really want to do a zombie themed film poster as I love zombies I don’t know exactly what film I’m going to take my idea from I might just make it up but I have a really good idea in my head so I am quite excited for this brief

After taking lots of images and thinking a lot. I have decided that this will be my final image for my self portrait. Disney has always been a big part of who I am. It reminds me of being a child. I didn’t want my image to be full of light and completely in focus as I wanted my image to have a bit of a darker feel to it like the old Disney movies but I also wanted quite a bit of light around me as I wanted to show the progression of the darkness to light in the disney films to represent a happy ending.

I like the feeling of closeness in the image. I like the fact tht its in black and white. It’s quite a close up image it’s tight crop and I think that this adds to the closeness between the mother and the child and also the fact that the image is just about the two of them there are no props or anything which is really nice>

Communications- Until Death Do You Part:Portraits of the dying by Walter
The viewpoint of the first image was taken from the front so the lady is looking at the camera. The second image was taken when the lady has died and was taken with the ladys head movedto the side. The composition of the image is quite simple they are both just of the lady against a black background. The first image was taken before the ldy had died amd the second image was when hse had died. I tink that there are quiet a few different emotions conveyed in these two images. In the first image the woman eyes look quite sad as if she knows her fate. However there is a slight smile on her fsace which could mean that she is quite happy and might not know her or has just accepted that she is going to die. The second image looks very peaceful and I like the way the light hits her face and I think the lighting is quite soft which I like.
